A & B roads with full regen is such fun, never touch the brakes, you end up riding so smoothly, concentrating on positioning. My wife is an IAM examiner (ex Met traffic officer) she keeps nicking my Zero in preference to her S1000XR 😊

I wasn't intending to use my entire bike ramp as an oil pan, but it turns out not to be a good idea to use the centrestand while doing an oil change on an S1000XR, and hot 5W40 pisses out like water.
30 minutes to do the "service", 2 hours to clear up the mess. ffs.

Very cool bike to learn on. Love BMWs. My school bike was Harley which wasn’t fun. I bought a Triumph. Rode the BMW S1000R and S1000XR both amazing bikes. My next bike is going to be BMW
