#RosemaryWeek2025 (twt and tumblr event) - DAY 1: LIFE/DEATH

Kanaya Maryam and Rose Lalonde in the same pose as the couple in "The Kiss" painting. Kanaya is the one cradling Rose's face and placing a kiss on the side of her face, while Rose is holding onto her. Kanaya's face is hidden because of the angle of it, while Rose is faceless though tears are falling down her from her face. Kanaya is wearing the outfit she wore when she was just "awoken" as a Rainbow Drinker, while Rose is Grimdark. The sash-like belt of the two circle around the side of them. They're also both kneeling on the ground in a dark void, with Kanaya being the only source of light. Kanaya's side of the ground is more green and alive, with grass and white dandelions, then it blends with Rose's side. Rose's side is more muddled and bloodied, the blood messily blending with the dirt, and though unnoticeable, the dandelion close to her side has less petals in it compared to the rest, as if it's slowly wilting.
