Trying to manage my energy levels each day is hard.
Figuring out what puts a lot of strain on me vs what doesn’t is quite a struggle, especially when realising that positive things can also drain me.

I think you're covered at 60lbs. It's like height requirement at an amusement park. You don't need to be 10feet tall to ride two rollercoasters. Hope this helped
