#qip2025
Something about that URL screams ephemeral. I remember thinking the site wouldn't be around for long, when I was attending.

The internet archive claims to have snapshots but for me they currently come up blank: web.archive.org/web/20250219...

But the talks are online at www.youtube.com/@QIP2025

Is the website of QIP 2025 @qip2025.bsky.social already gone from the web for good?

We are excited to announce that the long wait is (almost) over!

We are finally uploading QIP videos to our YouTube channel! We should get to all of them over the next month or so, but they will be uploaded in a more or less random order.

For this year’s #QIP2025 we sadly had to give our talk as a video.

The upshot: Everyone can already watch @lvanluijk.bsky.social’s nice talk on pure state entanglement and von Neumann algebras!

After incredibly inspiring days at #QIP2025, I am heading back to #Berlin. Thanks for all, it has been great. It has also been nice to catch up with a number of people. Special thanks to @kenbrownquantum.bsky.social and his team at Duke.

A misleading slide shown at QIP2025.

The surface code number is 10x too high (should be 0.1% not 1%; see fig 1c of arxiv.org/abs/2408.13687) and the tesseract number omits the worst 18% of shots (see table III of arxiv.org/abs/2409.04628).
