Here are some multicellular macroscopic protists: a water mold, a ciliate colony, a collodarian jelly tube, & the giant kelp. All of these organisms are HAROSANS, a kingdom more closely related to plants than to animals, fungi, and amoebozoans.

So, be aware that there already IS a level above kingdom, which is Domain. There are three domains--Eubacteria, Archaebacteria, and Eukarya. Because the two types of bacteria are more different from each other than animals, plants, fungi and protists are.
