Moscow's had powercuts too, Xenta and someone found Russian local papers giving times of staged powercuts elsewhere, listing road by road cutoff times. Not allowed to be on TV of course. Your drone fighters are getting through.

Ended up staying in that travelodge (which apparently has regular powercuts) & then the TV died at 2130.
Only 1 member of staff and he had limited support and no phone signal to ask for help. I'm hoping TL deal with my praise for him.

I grew up in the countryside and was used to powercuts, so always make sure I'm prepared. Only downside is I have no heat without power here :(
