Dingen weggooien? Daar doen ze niet aan bij de NS. Oude materialen die ze niet kunnen hergebruiken, worden door externe partners omgetoverd tot nieuwe items. Van 25 tot en met 30 maart is een deel te koop in de NS Upcycle Shop, naast perron 2 op Rotterdam Centraal. NS-woordvoerder Willemijn Weinands vertelt.

De verwachte stormloop op het populaire ondergoedmerk SKIMS van Kim Kardashian in de Rotterdamse Bijenkorf bleef maandagochtend uit. De winkelketen had zich voorbereid op massa's bezoekers tijdens de opening van de pop-upshop, maar tot ieders verbazing bleef het rustig.
