The TPs developed in the mid 2000s were focused on increased globalization and KSA sharing, but it's obvious that it's now exploited by big tech to overwork/underpay outside labor and disregard WF training. "We need this now" can work for the short term but WF dev should be the LT focus

The USA needs to return to the goal of caring for all citizens, to do it thoroughly & better this time. We need better workers' rights, so employers don't abusively overwork workers to compensate for increases in pay & benefits, including increased government assistance.

I have a hard time determining when my work is “finished”. I’ve tried all kinds of things but I always eventually overwork everything and it ends up looking flat and dead and boring. I feel like all the life gets sucked out of my drawings when I try to make them into some kind of finished product.
