It's November 6, it was a couple of degrees above 0 on my way to work today, and I have footage on my bike camera of a whole lotta people on #ottbike getting around this morning. Each year there are more and more of us, riding later and later into the season <3

Oh hey #ottbike, just a reminder: if you're riding EB on Scott from Churchill to about Smirle today, there's lots of signage and associated debris, as well as a hubcap somewhere, in the bike lane. Plus the gravel at Winona. The snow is gonna be an issue.

It looks like work at Fisher and McCooey in #Ottawa might soon be finished. I suspect the wait was for this lump of concrete that has to go in the hole on Fisher that has been sitting there for months. Finally, bc not a single driver respects the yellow ‘single lane file’ signs.

Really had to watch for the rocks in some of the more leaf covered areas, but the curly bars and chubby tires were still the perfect setup.

I am a bit confused. Question for @en.ottawa.ca Thanks for installing the new sign on the exit of the #bike path (MUP) onto the road yesterday. Does this sign mean that cars stopped at the stop sign opposite (pictured) have the right-of-way over pedestrians exiting the bike path?

A great (but rare) example of a construction detour directly alongside the worksite, making it logical for all ages to follow. 🚧
The MUP was torn up and with heavy dump truck traffic in the area, the pylons and construction tape help define a safer area for 🧑🦽🚶♀️🚲.
