OTC Hitomi34 is a wonderfully quirky and eye-catching sans serif with some very cool alternates and ligatures.
Use it wherever you want to grab attention: posters, headlines, in editorial design (magazines / blogs), or a modern logo.

choice in hopes that pain relief will allow you to control a part of your life again?
also, what "pain pills" are you talking about popping? because OTC pain medication isn't typically addictive- you're talking about prescribed opioids. which, then aren't a choice- they're a prescription by a Dr.

Update 3: She had an allergic reaction to OTC lidocaine patches for her cracked rib so feeling better I dropped off several of my prescription ones (feeling better today). We hung out for several hours.

When I got home sent me a song she had written for/about me.
Update 2: Took Friday to work at her apt and keep her company.

Today I got Sciatica in the late night and she wanted to pick me up from the hospital, broken leg/rib and all.

"So I guess I can call you my GF?"

"I've been telling everyone your my partner because you act like one"

I'm melting here
Update:
Oh yeah, it means something. Home now and she just sent me a message of her playing piano singingRegina Spektor's "Samson."

58 years on Earth no one has ever sung to me before....with a broken leg and a newly cracked rib on painkillers.

I'm as hopped up on swoon as as she is on drugs.

It's so funny to me when explaining to someone that I have chronic insomnia the most common follow up question is "have you tried melatonin?" Like I haven't been dealing with this my whole life and haven't already tried the most common OTC sleep aid lmao

Dont worry. Pharma will step in and crush them all with a manufactured product soon enough. They just need to show a convincingly scary side effect of weed and engineer (and patent) a way around it and take us for a ride with Rx for Anxiety and copays and coupons until 20 years later it’s OTC

Idk if you have been checked for it before and maybe you have, but when I had that, it turned out to be acid reflux and they gave me a once a day pill that’s now OTC and now I never have it anymore

OTC: the entire temple scene still blows my mind as one of the best story summation/writing I’ve ever encountered

Just brilliant *and* exquisite ~acting~ by everyone there

It’s like everyone there got the emotion & stakes behind that scene, and poured their entire heart and soul into it

All this bs about people getting their own insurance/meds/etc has really ballooned in the last 13 years. I remember Romney talking about how it was better that BC pills were moved OTC. It was a ploy to remove contraception from insurance coverage & there was basically no pushback. So here we are.🙃

I will watch cable occasionally. Here is what I've noticed - almost all reruns (not necessarily a bad thing).
Ads sell a lot of otc meds that *improve functions* (brain, gut, or ED type meds) but have no FDA backing.
And second-hand/chance merchandise - DealDash, TJMaxx, etc.

pretty sure someone in my building steals packages from the package room by shaking them and seeing if they hear pills

bc every single time I order OTC meds from Amazon, they disappear. I never get packages stolen in any other context

20 years ago, when I was self employed I was denied because I had taken allergy medication. OTC ALLERGY MEDICATION. You had to lie if you were over 25. Everyone had a pre-existing condition. It was called 'breathing.'

Now I'm 61 and I HAVE had cancer. For profit insurance is a total scam.

Would love read a thoughtful discussion of the relationship, if there is one, between Summers’s sex pestness and some of his truly awful economic policy positions that were foisted on the county, e.g to not regulate otc derivatives (Clinton) and to half-ass the stimulus (Obama).

I’ve discovered spacing out my OTC allergy meds over 24 hours works better. Pataday first early AM, Zyrtec an hour or so later, Flonase before bed. That way one is always at peak effectiveness. (I do a neti pot daily, and eyewash at night too, advised by my ENT) Feel better, stuffiness sucks.

I got my flu, Covid, and 1st (of 2) shingles vaccines on Friday. Nothing but injection site pain, which OTC pain meds handled nicely.

Get vaccinated, folks!
