As well as the garland of tiny stars, this year I've also folded and slotted together an origami star for the top of the tree.

This year's Festive Corner with the tree trimmed up and the tchotchkes distributed. Large origami star made from six large sheets of foiled origami paper in gold and bronze, and kept rigid and fixed to the tree with aluminium nose strips we stocked up on for face masks during the pandemic. Never throw things away! One of the tiny origami stars next to Porco Rosso on the tree.
