Reasons I don't really use Warudo

I WANT to, but the tracking being worse and it breaking OpenXR games if you use SteamVR tracking and not VMC on the same PC is... pain

and if I'm gonna use VMC i might as well just use the one I modified.

this year is the year of google cardboard vr, discontinued 4 years ago, just recently gets some openxr support so I guess it's easier to make games for it now

Monado is an OpenXR Runtime and a collection of drivers for XR devices. It's basically a SteamVR alternative, minus a built-in games launcher (see wayvr-dashboard & wlx-overlay-s).

For Q3, you'll want a fork of Monado called WiVRn that supports wireless streaming.

includes exciting things such as:
- facebook passthrough support
- opengl support
- XR_ANDROID_passthrough_camera_state support
