no youre fine! ok so that video i gave you was made with obs move and sammi. the images are in obs, meaning you could add shaders to them. so that covers alerts, you'd just have to set them up yourself!

as for chat, You can use obsshaderfilter on browser sources, so you're fine there! For example!
