Taking suggestions on simple to prepare it already prepared food that is calorie and nutrient dense. Living with low appetite and prone to nausea but I know I need to stay fed!

The nutrient bar was delightful, if you hydraulic pressed some vanilla wafers you'd be 90% there. The sun dried fruits were a little odd as they stuck the square pieces together.

All in all, very fucking good though. It would be miserable to eat on the go, unlike a US MRE. With preparation? 8/10.

I tend to get my anxiety spiking for eg if I am hungry, or lack a nutrient, or have anything making me more tired or that impact me cognitively. (If I can't function from a cognitive pov) That includes meds that make me drowsy or are sedatives like the ones to sleep can do. Hydroxyzine for eg
