Visited with my obesity specialist this morning. In the last year I've lost 30lbs. NSV, I'm going to Belize in two weeks and I'm taking bikinis. Not a single one piece in sight!

While normally I dont post about my weight loss stuff I just. Ahhh? Feel really good rn?
I can almost completely tie my towel shut. A few months ago the corners wouldn't even touch across my chest. My belly still pokes out of the side but STILL it feels good

I was feeling a little frustrated by the number on the scale not moving but then I reminded myself I need to celebrate all the NSV
1. My clothes are fitting so much better.
2. I’m able to ride longer and faster on the bike.
3. I’m feeling good again
