Sherlock and Mycroft, two fluffy pale ginger Maine Coon cats, are cuddled up together on a bed. Mycroft has been curled around Sherlock's back for some time but Sherlock has only just noticed. Mycroft has a paw over his nose which is understandable given the proximity of his face to Sherlock's bottom.

yes, we have two humans, human 2 had the same thing but now just seems to be blowing his nose a lot

it is hard for my brother mycroft because human 2 is his preferred human but he does not like nose blowing

It wasn't all theft and teasing. Herder was a genius and interesting and Bonde found himself lingering longer when he visited, asking Herder serious questions about his inventions and getting him to show off even some of his most secret works in progress-inventions even Mycroft Holmes had yet to see—inventions so new and unstable that Bonde wouldn't dare borrow...and several that he absolutely would dare. And Herder, in turn, began to teach him the proper dismantling, cleaning, and reassembly of several of his specialty firearms—under the logic that if Bonde were going to insist on stealing them, he damn well ought to know how to take care of them properly.

I noticed some suspicious marks on my new plant. Someone had gnawed on it savagely. After a few days I caught the culprit and named them Mycroft, after @adapalmer.bsky.social 's amazing Terra Ignota books. However, the gnawing wouldn't stop and I realized THAT THERE ARE TWO! Everyone, meet Saladin.
