About four liters of chopped mustard greens, half of what I have already frozen. I cook the mustard with onion, garlic, ginger, hot peppers, and spices; then freeze to be used in cornbread in the winter.
Doing another big batch this afternoon.

This year's top offender? #Spinach, which had more traces of pesticide by weight than any other item tested. The others that topped the list were #strawberries, #kale, #mustardgreens #collardgreens, #grapes, #peaches, #cherries, #nectarines, #pears, #apples, #blackberries, #blueberries & #potatoes.
