Original photo- MuscleEddie stands shirtless, holding one of his paintings in his mouth. The painting is a cartoonish portrait of himself wearing nothing but huge red shoes, with a teal background. Clown edit- MuscleEddie now has clown makeup on, with a red egg-shaped nose and red ears and nipples. He has huge puffs of teal hair on the sides of his head, matching the teal in the painting. A small black top hat with a teal stripe sits atop the still-bald part of his head. Two buckteeth stick out of his mouth, holding the painting in place. The painted version of him also has a red nose and ear, and a missing tooth.

Second edit: MuscleEddie now looks like a dancing clown in a skirt. In addition to the top hat and clown makeup, he also has yellow fluffs of hair on each side of his bald head, and a matching yellow beard. He is now wearing oversized white gloves and yellow bowtie. Instead of black pants, he’s wearing a yellow skirt, revealing hairy muscular legs with yellow clown shoes. This third edit is almost identical to the second, with one addition: an extremely large penis dangles from under the skirt, with a shiny red tip like a clown nose.
