Today I spent a glorious hour at my happy place, the bookstore #toronto
The room has a dark ceiling with a starfield projector effect—lots of small, colorful red, green, and blue dots that really set a cosmic mood. ​The back wall is painted a deep red and is covered in framed art and posters. ​One prominent piece is a large black light-style canvas featuring a bright, stylized image of a unicorn, perhaps titled "ATLAS UNICORN" (though the text is hard to read). ​There's also a poster or canvas depicting a starship, likely the USS Enterprise from Star Trek. Toy-Ventures visited the excellent "National Collectors' Fair" just outside of Montreal, Quebec. We saw remarkable French Canadian toy rarities from all over the world and picked up some awesome goodies!

Has anyone else who's ordered the Mego Spider-Man action figure set from the Disney Store had problems with broken figures? I just got mine today and the first one I removed from the packaging (Electro) had a broken leg.

Heartbreaking: When you're unable to return an item in the original shipping box because the top had a tearaway strip so now it doesn't close all the way.
The box my Mego Spider-Man 4-pack action figure set shipped in. It has a tearaway strip running the whole length of the top so now there's a gap between the two top flaps which makes it unusable for return shipping.
