Probbbably the last #mediarpatiogarden2025 update this year. The days are growing shorter and colder, but got my last harvest of jalapenos, the marigolds are hanging on for deer life as are the dipladenias. Winter is coming, as they say. 😭😭
Also my $60 solar-powered irrigation system worked great!

Not many #mediarpatiogarden2025 updates this year, I've been slammed busy on my weekends and weekdays!

But the jalapenos have flowered and are starting to grow, marigolds& dipladenia are doing well, hanging basket is half dead as usual, and the Italian spinach kind of petered out a few months ago.

#mediarpatiogarden2025 update! We've got automation! Watering automation! I bought a solar-powered watering system off Amazon, very skeptical with all the weird reviews, but it's been working okay for a couple of days. We'll see how long this puppy lasts.

The spinach has taken off like crazy!
The jalapenos are growing steadily.
The marigolds are doing very well.
As per usual the hanging basket got super dry while I was away and is recovering..
Oh and I have two harvests of spinach so far!

As per tradition on May long, I got my patio garden planted! This year's roster consists of the usual marigolds, dipladenia, jalapeno peppers, and a
assorted hanging basket. But new this year is... spinach, which is replacing kale from last year. #mediarpatiogarden2025
