Only 2 years ago, this port in 🇳🇱 #fishing community Stellendam would be filled with beam-trawlers on Friday. Rapidly developing spatial changes in #NorthSea led many fishers to decommission their family businesses. Huge social & economic impacts on #fisheries, supply chains and villages.

Many of the characters are unlikeable, and the realities of Irish history are hard to read in this story. We drew similarities with ongoing conflicts, migration, challenges facing refugees across the globe - and how in many cases, nothing has changed.
