Oxfam: Nearly half the climate changing emissions caused by the richest 10%. A huge 92% of emissions caused by the richest and middle wealth people. The poorest half of the world cause just 8% of emissions. But the poorest are hit hardest by the impacts of the climate crisis. #makerichpolluterspay
