This is done in Microsoft MakeCode. When the code starts, therei s a Petal_Counter variable that starts at 1 for the first petal and displays that number on the microbit. When the user presses button a, the code checks if the Petal_Counter variable is less than or equal to 8 (8 slots for the petals) and then sends that number to the Hummingbird Bit microbits. It increments the counter by one. There is a conditional if statement to skip petal 5 because the hole was too close together and we couldn't fit a petal in without issues. Each Hummingbird Bit can control up to 4 servos, so when the counter goes to 5, it switches to the second Hummingbird Bit. Once the Petal_Counter variable reaches 8, it stops showing the number and shows a smiley face instead. When the user presses button A and B together, it resets the Petal_Counter to 1 and changes back to the first Hummingbird Bit. It displays a checkmark and the user can loop through the petals in case any petal was stuck.
