Good thing there isnt much lore, bc its not a lore based server. The only thing thats “loreish” that happened today is bad killing foolish accidentally (classic) and their groups are enemies. Foolish with the kingdom of fools and bad with the “garden gnomes”. Apart from that people are just grinding

in the high fant (og) au aurai is like, the former posterchild/saintlike figure for a religion ('magical ability as favor of god' type thing) who becomes disillusioned and goes into apostacy/hiding after being recruited into a Hero Saves the Kingdom from its Corrupt Leadership quest that fails miserably... she turns into a semi-folk loreish character that's admired/lowkey worshipped for some splinter religions who still believe in overthrowing the Reigning Power (the church). basically the ideal 'old mentor who has been fighting the Evil Empire tm who needs to be recruited to train the new Real Hero TM' figure except having gone thru her own idealistic stage and failed it she's super resistant to helping again. eris is like. 99.9% loyal dog and 0.1% brain cell type deal... she Dedicates herself to a Good Cause TM and is like well. you DO have to get your hands dirty to effect change and so it's a good thing im here to do it so none of the actual good people have to betray their morals :) i will repent for my sins in hell and it will be worth it. she falls in with the New Wave Hero Save the Kingdom party and starts believing a little too much in the figurehead they seem to be holding up as their salvation and... well. basically only the relationship translates to mundane modern au--eris is a military dog who genuinely believes the us military is Helping Out, finally gets disillusioned, leaves but gets funneled into a We Can Do It Better Without Government Oversight organization... aurai is her handler who is definitely not manipulating eris, who was born to kill things and not to think, into holding aurai as the moral north point of her compass rather than "helping people out"
