For someone who hasn't been to the gym in the last 2 weeks, I think I did pretty good! Still managed to hip thrust 280 lbs, add a little extra weight to my smith squats, and did walking lunges w/ 30lb dumbbells. Not too shabby 😙

Reached a few more personal bests today. Love when this happens 😁

Abduction machine: 14 reps, 150 lbs
Bench press: 12 reps, 160 lbs
Barbell RDLs: 10 reps, 135 lbs
