Today there was a national 🧶knitting fundraiser to raise $$ for food charities - the 5th annual Will Knit For Food #knitforfood knit a thon. So, I was knitting with you all in spirit for a solid 12 hours; we raised $500K for Meals On Wheels, No Kid Hungry, Feeding America & World Central Kitchen.

Today there was a national 🧶knitting fundraiser to raise $$ for food charities - the 5th annual Will Knit For Food #knitforfood knit a thon. So, I was knitting with you all in spirit for a solid 12 hours; we raised $500K for Meals On Wheels, No Kid Hungry, Feeding America & World Central Kitchen.
And that’s a wrap for my #KnitForFood day! I am so slow with color work and my hands are actively tired now - I’ll be knitting on plain work for a day or two - probably socks. 🧶 🧦 And the notation raised more than half a million dollars for hunger charities today. Pretty proud of us.

Halfway through the #KnitForFood - It’s proving what a slow 🧶 knitter I am. My left hand is feeling tired b/c I’m holding the dark yarn in the left hand (continental) & the light yarn in my regular right thrown kind. I don’t think I’ve ever knit continental before, so 1/2
