For me, I started with #nativeplants and then started planting very purposely for pollinators (www.nwf.org/keystoneplants & xerces.org/publications...) Then I got into the birds rockies.audubon.org/habitat-hero These 3 resources have great plants to get anyone started.

Keystone plants are also a really useful concept to get familiar with for any gardener on a large or small scale. Just a few plants can really have a massive positive impact when used well. Check out prairieup.com for a lot of good resources. He also does webinars and things. You can look up Wild Ones to see if they have a chapter near you as well for some good local connections. This site is good to determine the most impactful plants for your ecoregion. www.nwf.org/keystoneplants
