Acho que o jeito mais fácil é você colocar na tag EXIF ou IPTC da imagem (suite adobe todo tem suporte, assim como vários leitores de imagem). Você pode usar o campo Image Description, ou AltTextAccessibility ou Extended Description (Accessibility). Agora temos um problema:

Seems to call for a scalpel, not dynamite. Default to stripping location data plus maybe certain IPTC fields (person shown) unless the user opts in to keeping them.
