@jfparis @baoigheallain I use winter boots, sometimes with overshoes and heated insoles and still have cold feet after an hour :(
Hands are fine with relatively lightweight gloves, although I do have extra thick ones for when it's 1-2°

Gone to invo8. It's the heel that's really wide on the insoles. I can't easily/safely trim too much off the heels

Yeah I thought decent cross-trainers with insoles was the move but I'm pretty sure all I can do is high-end runners like what you're describing

I don't and have trouble finding fitting shoes for my broad feet size 39 and often have to buy 40. I usually buy my shoes in outdoor shops (have to fit in orthopaedic insoles too). Women's shoes are often ridicously narrow, men's size start 41.

bone spur buddies! mine got confirmed too but I got told basically the only treatment option is insoles so yay 😅👍 hope your surgery will come quickly and go by easily 🙏

what worked for me was getting some custom insoles made by a private physio but obvs not ideal if you're low income, otherwise doing daily tippy toe stretches can help strenghthen them but my adhd ass struggles with keeping that routine up 😭

I have insoles already to help support my foot arch, but even with that I can still roll my feet because my ankles then bend. I'm trying some ankles braces but I don't think they're sturdy enough to actually prevent the bending/rolling

Went to an all-out, dress-to-the-nines goth event on Friday and had the same "I still got it" thought as I removed medical-grade compression pantyhose, lingerie corset, and platform boots heavily modified with arch supports and insoles for both plantar fasciitis and my poor knees 😅
"Still punk as fuck" I say as I remove my truss and orthopedic shoes and slip into my bed for an early afternoon nap.

and same with my ankles. i have had chronic shin splints for the past 9-10 months after making a mandatory lifestyle change, which more ankle support in shoes, and insoles, and compression socks, have only partially mitigated

That is an incredible spot, I hadn't realised but you're right. They ARE different. Lillian's have got more support for the older lady. Probably orthopaedic insoles as well #TheArchers

I put a couple of Pokémon card pacls into my chunky heels and went out shopping with them as insoles. They were sent to me from a customer who enjoys buying cards as well as feet, why not have them both? Your rare edition card is going to have a lot more value with a princess's footprint embedded in it. I'll admit they weren't the most comfortable insole I've had but the idea of ruining the value of some losers cards under my feet casually while I shopped was a lot of fun.
