I restarted Indomitable Champion since it recently completed on Lezhin, and Carl’s dickcercise still cracks me the hell up😂 and the crude censoring style actually adds to the effect😆

Yeah I’m actually glad this is censored cus I can feel the ick through the sfx..poor Hojoong isn’t so lucky.

#IndomitableChampion isn’t exactly a sexy read to me (pretty sure it isn’t supposed to be anyway) but it’s a(n) good, interesting short. What stands out to me is its use of free indirect speech w/ an omniscient narrator which isn’t smth I’ve seen b4 in comics. But the distance this style creates..

Just when you think it couldn’t get worse for this man, he ends up losing his honour&dignity, only things he had left..but the story ends like it does only for us, not for Hojoong—his inborn strength, that indomitable spirit, will get him thru. He won’t be the same but I know oneday he WILL be free.
