ibaqpy enables using MaxQuant or quantms results in combination with SDRF annotations to compute IBAQ values.
We use #DuckDB to handle large datasets with thousands of samples / msruns and millions of peptide features. Of course, the project is open source here: github.com/bigbio/ibaqpy

github.com/bigbio/ibaqpy works for TMT, DIA, and LFQ. Based on msstats output and SDRF and also parquet format. Easy to install and also works for really large datasets.
