also when i was getting off the skytrain a guy saw my hydroflask with my ERAU stickers on it and asked if I was a student, and if I knew his son (I don't, he goes to the Prescott campus), so that was very exciting :>

No part of milk should really be in your eyes. Sugars, fats, etc
Bottled water is safest as it has the least contaminants. But if you have a hydroflask that’s better than having tear gas in your eyes

Also! I completed week 5 of my marathon training block yesterday with a 16-miler and 47 mpw! 😁
I saw another runner with a Y’all Means All cap and we nodded to each other in agreement as we passed on the greenway. They were marathon training too. I could feel it. 😌✊🏻

Can't have a water bottle live in my car, although maybe I can now if it's a Hydroflask with a stainless steel cap. Still wouldn't trust the water not to freeze so I wouldn't try it.
