Mein erstes Quartal 2025 hatte einen klaren Fokus: Das Erlernte aus der Reha in meinen Alltag zu überführen. Ich sag nur: Minus 8 kg und ich bin fit. Läuft! Ach und noch etwas. Neid ist an dieser Stelle unangebracht. Hier stecken eiserne Disziplin, Mut und Willen dahinter.
