i didnt watch the fantastic beast so my understanding might be wrong but i think it reveals grindwald wants to be king of da wizards in part to stop hitler but also cuz being king is fun. oh no we stopped hitler in 1932 but now 500 weird people in robes have to live under a dictator i dont care
