finally got a grow light (10w bulb) as the sun during this time of year hits our garden oddly. i have propagations under it and they're doing well.

it's outside, though shielded from all the light rains we've been having by our balcony and an extra umbrella, so I'm not sure how long it will last.

All are fun, though I do love the euphorbia tirucalli. Do love the graptosedum "California sunset" a bit more than others, also aeonium aureum if you run across them. They look a lot like roses and wonderful for arrangements.

🌱 Graptosedum amicie, which didn’t suffer at all in my greenhouse when it went down to -6°C a couple of nights. I’ve just put it outside because it’s grey and rain is forecast. It might go frosty again soon though. It’s in-out-in-out season here in Brittany.

This mystery graptopetalum got so heavy it snapped off and fell behind my AC unit.

The miscellaneous grapto-adjacent planter is doing quite well now that the heat has died down 😮‍💨

If you've read The Succulent Manual and left a review on Amazon, I truly thank you kindly - it's super helpful! This photo is from Chapter 8 'Tasks and Projects' - a little Tree of Life made of various leaf propagations 🌱

This graptosedum hybrid flowered for the first time since I got it 4 years ago, the flowers are shaped like the graptopetalum and they are yellow like the sedum. Pretty cool!

Bringing in my sedum adolphii and graptosedum because it's about to go from 40-50s to 20s in a couple days. The sempervivums and cactus are fine and if they're not then well, that's life babey

Some deadheaded succulent stems I didnt toss are giving me a couple new leaves. I'll likely keep them going until big enough to snip off and transplant. :3

My Plant of the Day (66)

Graptosedum “bronze” is a hybrid between Graptopetalum paraguayensis and Sedum stahlii, with many common names. It has reddish-bronze leaves that will cluster at the end of a bare stem. They can grow up to 6 inches (15 cm) tall and will drape over a pot.
