I didn't get too far in GPW2 today and found myself getting more annoyed than I would have anticipated. I don't think I'm going to play through the whole thing, but it was nice to have a change of pace from MFT for a bit. Wild to think that GPW2 is 7 years old now

I want to take a quick detour to mention the insanity that was GPW2's puzzle, which included opening the game in external level-making software on your PC in order to crack the code as well as unmarked hints in the screenshots section of the site where it was uploaded. Late in the game, as it was with GPW2, the player needs to solve a puzzle in order to proceed. In GPW3, this involved looking up the lyrics for songs used in game, and creating a sequence of button presses accordingly.
