Pan seared beef in medium to low heat pan with olive oil til, added salt, pepper til cooked, while starting a pot of biles noodles. removed beef, added onions in olive oil, with smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, canned mushrooms. Till seared golden brown. Added it in some diced fire, roasted tomatoes. Deglazed pan with red wine , (Merlot) cooked until alcohol evaporated than added a cup of heavy cream, Added a couple tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. A cup of shredded mixed cheese and a little pasta water til creamy and slightly runny. Served overcooked noodles and garnished with green onions, and serve with a glass of white sweet wine. I was lazy so I picked up a pre-roasted chicken from Walmart. Those things really slap for real and they’re really not that expensive. On the side, I started a pot and boiled some spaghetti noodles. I started by pan, searing red onions, and olive oil with a mix of herbs, pepper, and salt then added a handful of cashews, raisins, almonds, and mint leaves, seared those toasted. I deglazed the pan with white wine, and added heavy cream, one cup of Parmesan cheese. I debone the roasted chicken and I added about 2 to 3 cups of shredded chicken to the Alfredo sauce. I played a noodles then spoon over the Alfredo sauce, and garnish it over with freshly diced strawberries and leaves of mint And yes, I added mint to the sauce Because you know, I wanted it to be interesting~ ty

Cheesy garlic bread. Made with a freshly baked baguette with a mix of melted butter, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, pepper. With a sprinkle of Monterey Jack and mozzarella cheese melted on top, toasted~ Over medium heat I fried kielbasa and fire roasted tomato’s. I seared some chopped kielbasa in a pan and a little butter for a bit of flavor to just pop off Then seared chopped white onions in olive oil, with salt, paper, fresh thyme, oregano, basil, freshly chopped garlic, smoked paprika. After the onions were lightly caramelized I tossed in a can of fire roasted tomato’s and let that simmered down. Then poured in a cup of white wine and simmered until the sauce thickens and added a have cup of cream cheese until melted and mixed in. I tossed in the kielbasa and layered some provolone cheese to top and simmered until melted. Served over mixed noodles and two slices of my cheesy garlic bread. Threw in a pan butter, garlic, onions, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, bacon drippings, and bacon bits. Seared until caramelized, pre roasted shredded chicken. Deglazed the pan with white wine, added heavy cream, shredded Parmesan cheese, a little more salt and pepper to taste. Taste up some fresh tomatoes and threw in mixed lettuce to finish it off and topped with shredded mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese. So easy, hardly took me 30 minutes to make this.

Small chicken with butter mixture of them, rosemary, pepper, Himalayan salt, smoked paprika, basil, stuffed underneath the chicken skin. Another mixture of salt, peppers, smoked paprika, thyme, basil, oregano, brown sugar, rubbed all over the outside of the chicken. Placed into a pan with diced potatoes, carrots, and fill the dish quarter way with chicken broth. Wrapped and cooked for two hours at 375 then uncovered and baked for an additional 20 minutes to help Brown the outside. I reserved the juices after it cooked and made a gravy bring it into a boil and a separate pot and sprinkled in cornstarch. Plated with potatoes, chicken and gravy, sprinkled some cheese over top with a side of mixed lettuce very lightly drizzled with Japanese barbecue sauce, Cayenne pepper sauce, and Yum Yum sauce. Pain killer, 2 parts of dark rum, 4 part pineapple juice, 1 part orange, 1 part cream of coconut, shaken with ice garnished with freshly graded nutmeg, and an orange slice.

Pan seared some salmon, skin on in olive oil, diced onions, seasoned with smoked paprika, pepper, salt, basil, oregano, and parsley, a pinch of red pepper flakes. Cooked five minutes on each side until fried I made about a cup and a half of jasmine rice to the side. After the salmon was fried through, I added cooked rice to the pan and lightly fried that adding in a pinch of smoked paprika, diced grape tomatoes, and green olives, and Kalamata olives. Then I sprinkled in some feta cheese for garnish~ So dam good

Fried up some applewood, smoked bacon and spam. Sautéed some onions, garlic, jalapeños, bell pepper, thyme with a sprinkle of salt, black pepper, and basil in a pan with the bacon grease. Whipped up some eggs and fried them with a lil butter on low heat. I loaded the omelettes with the sprinkle loaf Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese. Ripped up a little bit of avocado with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper. I plated it at all. I made a cheese sauce using a bit of Velveeta cheddar cheese, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, and a little bit of water and pour that over top the omelette. Easy and delicious fr~

I decided to make smoked tortellini Mac n cheese whit ghost pepper 🧀 to start the weekend. I thought that would be super yummy.

I seared some bacon and then chicken with herbs to go over top.

10/10 scrumptious fr fr 🤤

Smoked Mac & cheese tortellini with pan seared chicken to top I fried up some bacon leaving a little bit of the grease in the pan then seared some chicken breasts with olive oil inside and gold and brown on both sides. Then I threw in some onions, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, and mixed herbs, searing that for about 10 minutes and de glazed the pan with white wine then chicken broth, a little bit of mixed cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack, and ghost pepper jack cheese. I made some tortellini to go with it and then smoked the cheese with Applewood and served it with the seared chicken over top. Then I garnished it with parsley. 10 out of 10 recommend for real

I am trying my best to focus on my diet, but when the idea of beef-stock boiled rice with sizzling pepper steak came to mind, I couldn't resist.

Basmati rice and mushrooms, boiled in beef-stock, with five-spice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil. An egg was boiled in for ten minutes (it was thouroughly washed before hand, worry not) Slices of rump steak, coated in black and white pepper with a hint of salt an hour beforehand. Sizzling in sesame oil with some soy sauce. Both served on a table, with spring onions as garnish for the rice. My first bowl of this delicious dinner. The egg sadly broke whilst being peeled.
