I've been given permission to post my old prints from both the main 'Rhymin' Zine' and the mini zine! I had a lot of fun giving myself personal prompts (IE the first two being 'food') and I was honored to help bring this project to life. I still like the first piece a lot !

I have achieved precisely nothing of any professional worth for the past two days, and am unlikely to do so for the next two either.

On the upside, today we had a family outing to Crystal Mall, and got adventurous with the authentic Chinese food at the food court!

I will make up for it... 🤞
Veggie baozhe buns. Four of them, in a rather unattractive plastic tub. I am not sure what the proper name for this pancake filled with egg, chives, plum sauce and crispy fried dough is, but the kids love it and it's not terrible. My personal favourite: noodles with assorted veggies, peanuts and that amazing peanutty garlicky sauce you get at hotpot places, and sprinklings of chilli flakes. Absolutely delicious!

Ate at this hotpot/BBQ place near me. It was all you can eat for a pretty affordable price for the ingredients they were giving. The conveyor belt was just ingredients for your own personal hotpot. Places like this are pretty fuckin cool guys.
