You’re a DINO. Democrat in name only. And also, you should be extinct.
Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting

Dinosaurs never went extinct. They just shrunk into some of the animals around today.

Middle-aged dad. I helped my daughter with her homework, researching Arthropleura, a millipede-like animal that could grow to over 2.5m long. I've been having nightmares about it for the last two nights. I know they're extinct but my dreams don't.

Stone Age: We made this thing extinct one at a time by inventing a better way to throw darts.

Early Modern: We hath mayde these thinges extincte by bringing cattes whence there should nought be cattes.

Contemporary: lol we did a mass extinction with our plagiarizing nonconsensual porn machine lmao

Back in 1997 there were just 11 booming male Bitterns left in the UK – almost extinct. Thanks to conservation by @rspb.bsky.social and @naturalengland.bsky.social 283 booming males were recorded in 2024.

Les Cater shares his story and stunning photos of these rare birds ⤵️

Leftists have for a long time failing to actually use their platforms to further agendas.

Takedowns of right wingers are almost non existent, call to actions basically extinct.

There are basically only safe longform media critiques left and especially nowadays it feels cowardly
In a lot of ways other leftists chose this path folks. They shrugged and didn’t care when Patreon banned a ton of hypnosis and TF creators, or when YouTube started their ASMR crackdown. Now it’s coming for queer porn creators, more and more. Who will stand up?

Another random fic idea, free to a good home:

A drama about a group of celebs who find themselves starring in a reality TV show (subtype: roughing it in the wilderness), some time after cloning and re-wilding of extinct species becomes a thing. Ominously, it's called:

Glamping with Smilodons

A lot of the original Jurassic Park was about how the dinosaurs Wu made were and weren't authentic, what "authentic" even means for an extinct species being artificially brought back with no reference, and what their behavior meant about control of capital-c Complex systems.

There are two populations of white rhinos (Ceratotherium simum): Northern & Southern.

The Northern white rhino is functionally extinct. The last male, 'Sudan', died in 2018.

Two females remain, leaving only the possibility of artificial insemination with frozen sperm.
Stem cell breakthrough could save the northern white rhino
To save the northern white rhino species from extinction, researchers are turning stored rhino tissue samples into sperm and egg cells.

Meet the Bali myna!
This white bird with a bright blue eye patch is Bali’s only endemic bird species, and one of the rarest on Earth. Once nearly extinct due to poaching for the pet trade, fewer than 100 individuals remain in the wild today.
