I also worry GPs don’t have the training they need to provide the right supoort to patients.
Specialist services are disappearing- where will the GP refer?
So yes 🗣️ to GP -ask for tests/screening but this isn’t clear & info given is 🫤
Patients need appropriate exercise which is rarely walking🚶‍♀️IMHO

It’s crazy how quickly just going for short walks every day start to add up. I set a realistic goal to start (6k, not 10k lol) and am proud to keep hitting it 🚶

Given I was doing <2k steps a day before, it’s no wonder I felt sluggish and like shit constantly

Much fun doing a #lego minifig trail in #Brighton 😁 I certainly got my exercise today🚶🚶 Some were easier to find than others and dont appear to know my minifigs/superheroes very well so some of the descriptions may be a bit strange🤦🤣🤣

Also came across these Christmas trees in phone boxes as you do!

man i wish they didnt tell me to stop doing exercise now that i know that's worse💀 i just needed to do it at my own pace and very carefully. and since im supposedly good now (😶‍🌫️) i havent had any checkups in ages and if i want to start exercising now i wont have any help 🚶
