Poetry is my go to example of human eval failure because studies have shown that most people like LLM poetry. The main exception is people who actually generally enjoy poetry

For years I mocked the psychiatrist for including "chronic sympathy for underdogs" in my psych eval when I was tested for ADHD at 17 after I went on rants about shit like the basic human right to housing
And only now did I realize she was alluding to Justice Sensitivity, an ADHD trait. Whoops.

Wearing this to the autism eval
I wish I could do every autism/adhd eval because everyone deserves to be told their neurology is something to be celebrated and supported, disabilities and all
Honestly, if you think autism is a tragedy to learn to hide you should stay away from other people

No doubt charged your insurance 850 for a psych eval. My moms dr handed out a photo copy with 10 multi choice depression questions every visit. Billed her ins a ton every time 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I'm SUPER HAPPY bc I had an AMAZING first session with my new physical therapist today.
After an eval she agreed that I was ready to START WALKING EXCERCISES using a Zimmer frame. Now I have to start slowly bc hopping on one leg is always risky but YAY, getting closer to a prosthesis bit by bit!!

Agree with this! Penn State had not completely lost its will to live at this point in the year. I don't think the standard eval of that win is going to make sense
I'm not a fan of Oregon being so low bc I don't think the Penn State win should be treated as irrelevant.
We all watched that game and know what Penn State was on that night. And it's not the same team as we've seen since.
That loss broke them. That was a good win for Oregon.

OrlandoHealth had me sign 60 pages of terms on my first visit, after completing the online intake. Then on my second visit it was 30 more pages. Bad news for them - I went to business law school (Duke) to learn how to read & eval terms. No one in the practice ever read them!

I'm not showing you the screenshot, because the head injury is pretty unpleasant. But if she can get seen by the ER vet, they think she'll heal up fine.
Minimum guess is $500 just for intake/eval/cleanup.

Before building custom tools, check the market.
Rolling your own eval infra is expensive: use managed services for POC and only build later if you truly need it.

My main takeaways from the HTMX 4.0 announcement post:
- Surprise that, until 4.0, it had used XMLHttpRequest instead of fetch.
- Surprise that some features rely on eval().

I loved this enough to have a 🔥: daily eval for need for dialysis for #AKI leads to shorter need for dialysis as opposed to forgetting people on dialysis until the reality of recovery smacks you hard.

That is certainly a focus & built into the paint installs. I’m not aware that we at Mpls Public Works have heard any concerns from Metro Transit on the bus lanes being overly slippery. We just finished an eval of the paint. Certainly might be spots where it wears down & is a bit slipperier

One time, when I was very sick because of black mould exposure, I went to the hospital because I was having allergic reactions to literally everything. The transphobic catholic doctor decided that since I was trans, I must be crazy and committed me, with police escort, to a psych eval.

When this doesn't happen, we receive watered down spot treatments that don't address systemic issues
And when people demand more safety fixes in the future to address those systemic issues (which will happen), a DOT will have to spin up the ole eval machine again and repeat this very same process
