It was a bit awkward at first, since both Zarroë and Galvana missed out on a big portion of EEW's life (not to mention Galvana also has the other wubs and Zarr got the Ethereals to deal with), but they're getting used to the current things now.

Why.. are the Lightforged wearing Ethereal armour? That's odd...
It's cool armour don't get me wrong but they have their own style, this just makes them look like Shadowguard Ethereals, not Army of the Light.

There are also Lightforged paladins here (who still have *very* unfitting Ethereal outfits lol) who comment as well.
They're much more from the angle of being a paladin and the sense of "justice" than any actual investment in the conflict.

The thing that the gates of Ulduar was sealed with titan magic and the ethereals tried to get in 10.2.7 still bugs me.
My first thought that Odyn awakened something inside, then ran off and sealed the city.
But what if the jerk locked himself inside, to not be disrupted?

A hint that I wish came up sooner: The wandering ethereals near the final boss respawn infinitely. I think they scale so you have a chance with the inn next door setting your HP to 40, and a dodge/crit/absorb for an extra turn. If not, then I luckshitted my way over the softlock cutoff.

From what I understand they still have ethereals in Midnight cause of the Voidstorm but it do be the Shadowguard 💀But don't worry, the Ethereals and in extension the Brokers are like- some of the coolest, I doubt they will become irrelevant anytime soon in the community.
