dozed off and came up with a whole little AU in my head where halbrand manages to convince galadriel & celebrimbor he's just an illegitimate heir, gives up his title to stay in eregion and help celebrimbor continue to make rings, and forges a ring that "gifts" him the grace of the eldar. 🥺

At last it is done.
I made an #MESBG Elves army (Eregion) 15 - 20 years ago after which I had a hiatus from the game until 2024. I got another set of Last Alliance sculpted by Davale and have finished #minipainting them up, now having around 2000 pts and 120 models.
Quite happy with it.

At last it is done.
I made an #MESBG Elves army (Eregion) 15 - 20 years ago after which I had a hiatus from the game until 2024. I got another set of Last Alliance sculpted by Davale and have finished #minipainting them up, now having around 2000 pts and 120 models.
Quite happy with it.

Yes, once I get the current book done, I intend for that to be a project I work on. I currently have a vague outline for two (revised!) compilations, one as a 'Military History of Middle Earth (Helm's Deep + Siege of Gondor + Eregion etc) and one as a 'How Did They Do It' compilation.

struggling w my current story because it's structured so that, if i add a new scene partway through, i have to add a corresponding different POV scene AND a corresponding chapter (two POV scenes) to echo it in the second half.

its got to be 1.8 alloyed!! the amount of foreshadowing happening in every scene!! and the way the cinematography and lighting is used for story telling is just !!!! 🔥🔥
