Tons of misinfo whirls around "artificial intelligence," discourse ofc. But my biggest pet peeves are:
- "unions can stop AI encroachment" (AFAICT from research/asking, the goal is more like managing it / seat at the table)
- "ethically trained model" at large scale (sure, what is the base model?)

In January 2022, Jagland was sympathetic to russian propaganda regarding alleged NATO encroachment, and put the blame on the west for the tense situation on Ukraina's borders in 2021-22. I'm not claiming he is/was a russian asset, but at least he was a useful idiot.

My sense is - might be premature - but with social democrats winning the local elections, local governments have some power to curb this encroachment of pure profiteering in social infrastructure like housing, food, education, health, transportation, water resources, police and fire.
