1) Oh, please, God, don't get me started! When I found out that kids in my son's public school weren't being taught phonetics because it was "outdated," I thought I would have an embolism. I remember the exact moment *I* learned to read phonetically:

T: "Sound it out"
Me: "Kuh. Ahhh. Tuh!"

....
This probably explains something about the way some of my coworkers misread trade manuals and even electrical schematics 😑
how did i go so long not knowing we were literally teaching people to read wrong. i knew something wasn't right but jesus christ www.apmreports.org/episode/2019...

I bled for one solid year — including bleeding through my clothing more than once. Had a hysterectomy at age 44. Medical staff missed that my lungs filled with blood clots and I had a pulmonary embolism. Doctors and Western Medicine does not prioritize women’s health. I hope you get help.

I think you need to actually measure points on your leg to see, we had to buy compression hose for my husband after his pulmonary embolism.

The positive part is all of that will string out the discussion, which kinda died out with the DBIR down, but will roar back this week in an embolism-busting national discussion.

I think he’d have an embolism if he ever had to do his own shopping. Which is just as well, pity his poor fellow shoppers.

I have long Covid, and I survived pulmonary embolism. God is kind, I am productive and well. My heart goes out to those who are struggling. I could think of one major change I made last year and it helped me: I went gluten free, ancient grains only, and lactose free dairy.

I had an embolization while I was also being treated for an embolism and that just felt unnecessarily complicated 😂

Beyond the embolism-inducing idea that we don't know where they stand now, what would be the next step?

Once a senator sees where they stand, what should that senator do?

well fuck, i'm headed to the ER 😞

still not well after a week, & dealing with shortness of breath & chest tightness.

thanks to lupus, the Dr is sending me to the ER to rule out pneumonia, pulmonary embolism etc.

fingers crossed i don't get even sicker from being in the damn ER 😷😵‍💫

Ahhhhh I could see that being beautiful as well, shifting from fire/air to water/air must have felt a bit different. But as someone with a pulmonary embolism, I'll definitely stick with the tea, too 😅🖤🌿☕️

The president is a slack jawed drooling moron who desperately needs a massive embolism

he was also as comfortable as possible to the end, a pulmonary embolism is a horrible way to die, but our vet is amazing and made him comfortable and in as little pain as possible so we could say goodbye to him

Alrighty, here’s a few ideas:

- pneumonia from intubation during surgery (reused/nonsterile equipment)
- blood clot (leg swelling > pulmonary embolism)
- fat embolism
- fluid in the lungs
- skin infection/abscess
- palpitations from afib from electrolyte shifts > blood clot in the heart > stroke

The embolism is still in my heart’s right chamber. But with the thinners is going to take 3 months to clear it out and 6 months for the heart and lungs to recover completely. As for weight I’m down to 90kg and I look like a 6’4” twink 🤣 but feels good to be lighter again.

Another night
Stood up for a date
Pain in my gut
Feels like Another embolism
Uncertainty looms
I take my pills
And head to bed
Just another night
