If you shop about, you can get Dyno wheels from about £60 and lights from about £20 up.
They are a game changer though.
Front lights are measured in lux and 70-80 are the brightest and will let you cycle along unlit lanes and paths with ease.

all the extant fruit cereals are sugar blasted and too sweet for my sensitive gums, this one wasn't, it was perfect, and better than trix! miss it

Heads up, this isn't an ebike. It's a low-power e-moto. Look closely and you'll see that the cranks are completely detached from the chainring. That's because your legs don't drive the chain w/ e-assist. You pedal a small dyno and the drive train is 100% motor driven.
IMO, this is over-engineered.
