When Dylan G decides to resign, it's not driven by any character development. He doesn't reconsider how Lumon used Gretchen to manipulate him and change his attitude; Gretchen's fleeting love doesn't inspire him to examine his friendship with Irving and how he's neglected acting on his last words.

Right, they honestly were very happy to let Dylan go after they all got out. Even though everyone was at fault bc they all plotted together. Also Helly pissed me OFF, sleeping with Mark as your Eagan self?! Irving clocking her was so good. He really pays attention to the other innies.

One thing about #Severance I've been thinking about is names.
We've got Helly R; Dylan George; Mark Scout, and Irving Bailiff.
I thought there might be a theme with Scout, Bailiff, etc. but George doesn't fit into that, right?
And then Kilmer, Cobel/Selvig, Milchik, Graner... Nah.

We've got Helly R; Dylan George; Mark Scout, and Irving Bailiff.
