So SpecialK has it's pre-packaged Reshade DLL that you can hook to a game with, right? If you replace the DLL SpecialK uses with an updated one for add-ons, it will load just fine with MGSV. Do note also MGSV needs flip model presentation turned off (D3D11 settings, SpecialK menu).
