Apparently this is because any certificates ordered via resellers do not appear on your DigiCert account.
It's a shame the DigiCert email doesn't tell you this!

A Digicert demo site had a live keypair with an exposed private key.
No significant impact, but definitely a curiosity since certs with exposed private keys should always be immediately invalidated and there needs to be processes to catch it, and Digicert is a certificate authority
