You can make an AIR app with captive runtime and then replace the swf inside with any version. This one had a few sizing issues that I fixed with a swf decompiler/editor (JPESX)

GOG Galaxy is the only one that actually feels good to me

I begrudgingly use Steam/Epic/Battle.net for the exclusives

if something requires any other launcher, I find a way to bypass it even if that means using a decompiler and stripping out copy protections myself
